"Maiko" 舞妓 (Geisha in Training)

I remember reading Memoirs of a Geisha back in the day and it sparked something inside of me to do a concept surrounded it.
Maiko (Trainee Geisha on the left) are usually dressed a little different to their Seniors (Geisha) and have to go through 5 years of following an "older sister" (Right) before shedding their broach, red collar, red tint to their white makeup and hairstyle for something more simple as a fully fledged Geisha. The whole culture of Geisha is a fascinating topic with lots of micro details to get lost in.
