South Park The Fractured but Whole - Costume Work

© UBISOFT 2017

While I was at Ubisoft in Osaka, I was lucky enough to work on the recent South Park game. The great thing about the project was that the project felt very indie in that everyone was jumping into different skill sets to to the point that most of the individual artists at our studio were conceptualizing work, getting it approved and getting into the game and even animating, all in one pipeline. Granted, most of the designs came directly from South Park Digital Studios but there were still gaps where we helped out. Outside of concept art for props, costumes, accessories, abilities VFX and mechanics going into the game, I was mainly in charge of creating the main character's costumes in Maya and designing how they would interact with hair and accessories.

Overall though, the project was an ensemble across multiple studios. I had a ton of fun working on the my corner of it and a massive shoutout has to be given to my people over in Osaka. お疲つかれ様さました!

The Assassin's Creed costume was probably my favorite thing to work on.
